Signature Supply Return Policy
Signature Supply is committed to providing the simplest, hassle free returns policy for our customers. We will accept returns of new merchandise, provided they remain in the original packaging, for a period of 120 days after purchase. To return merchandise under these conditions, please contact the customer care team for a return authorization number email@example.com or at 317.543.0000. Once this authorization number is obtained, returned merchandise can then be shipped directly to our Fishers, Indiana warehouse or picked up by an authorized Signature Supply driver at a future new product delivery date. Freight charges are non-refundable when merchandise is returned and a return freight charge may apply.
While we strive to provide the easiest returns policy possible, particular items may not be returnable. These items include all custom orders and pre-fabricated products.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notate the damaged items to the driver upon delivery. If items are found to be damaged or defective after the initial delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team to arrange for delivery of a replacement item. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to our Customer Care team within 30 days of purchase.
If you find your order has been delivered with shortages or fulfillment errors, please contact our customer care team within five days of the order date to report missing items or fulfillment errors.

Open a credit account with Signature Supply today and take advantage of the additional savings and benefits of being a loyal customer. We make applying for credit easy! Simply email our customer care team for a credit application to be sent to you electronically at email@example.com or call us at 317.543.0000, we would be happy to fax one to you! The credit application is available in both English and Spanish.
Signature Supply will extend a courtesy account to all new business customers. This courtesy account will allow for one order to be placed before receiving your signed credit application. The courtesy account will simply require some basic business information from you to quickly get started.
Price Match Guarantee
Signature Supply is proud to offer a Price Match Guarantee on all of our products. We work hard every day to save you money and offer the lowest possible prices. If you find a verifiable lower everyday price on an identical stocked product with a competitor, Signature Supply will price match that item.
